Schumpeter in the 21st Century: Creative Destruction and the Global Green Shift

Here is a draft of a chapter to be included in the forthcoming book “Schumpeter’s Capitalism, Socialism and Democracy - A Twenty first Century Agenda”, edited by Rainer Kattel at UCL London and Leonardo Burlamaqui at UERJ in Rio, Brazil.

It argues that Schumpeter’s insights in CDS (Capitalism, Socialism and Democracy) provides the best and the most plausible theoretical explanation to the current realities of global green shift with China emerging as the lead country.
